Our Founder, Frank Vanco, began his talent acquisition career in Private Equity, and over the past decade, he has built and scaled talent acquisition teams from the ground up. Whether leading small teams or managing large global operations, Frank has consistently excelled in sourcing, data analysis, and optimizing the talent acquisition funnel to surpass company KPIs. While companies generally prefer to manage recruitment in-house, there are times when external support becomes essential. Frank's experiences with major staffing agencies often left him frustrated by their lack of communication, transparency, and quality—experiences that motivated him to establish a recruiting agency that truly prioritizes these values.
