Interview Process

At Engage Talent, we collaborate with a diverse range of companies, each setting their own interview procedures. However, we take full control over the communication process to ensure candidates receive comprehensive and timely updates. Here’s what you can expect from us:

Sourcing Call

An initial call between a candidate and member of Engage Talent to determine whether there is a mutual interest in pursuing the open position.

Recruiter Screen

A ~45-minute phone or video screen with a Recruiter from Engage Talent to learn more about the candidate's background. This helps us to better position the candidate's fit with the company.

Interview Prep & De-briefs

Before and after each company interview, an Engage Talent team member will assist with mock interviews, general interview preparation, future scheduling, and answering questions.

Closing

The Engage Talent team will partner with both the company and the candidate to align on compensation, assist with reference checks, and get a signed offer letter while ensuring all parties are satisfied.
