Our Process

Intake Meeting
An intake meeting is non-negotiable. We will schedule 30-60 minutes to gain a deep understanding of your company and open role. This allows our team to provide candidates the full picture and better sell them on working with your company.

Callibration
Our search begins immediately. We’ll share 3-5 sample profiles with you within the first 48 hours. Your feedback is imperative to ensure we’re aligned on what a great candidate looks like. Once aligned, we’ll begin tailored sourcing to identify and engage the right candidates.

Updates
Each week you will receive an update on every candidate that we’re working with and what stage they’re at in the process. Our strong preference is to discuss this live via a scheduled weekly video call.

Closing
Getting a candidate across the finish line is just as much our job is it is yours. We’ll regularly engage in conversations with the candidate to confirm compensation and their level of interest. The Engage Talent team is also happy to assist with reference checks.
